On Wednesday 24 June, 12:00pm to 1:00pm, the Panel will host a webinar to consider the data, themes and learning emerging from serious safeguarding incidents notified to the Panel between 1 April 2024 and 31 March 2025.
Sir David Holmes CBE, Panel Chair, will be joined by Panel Members, Dr Jahnine Davis, Dr Alison Steele, Codrutza Oros-Marsh and Jacqui Belfield Smith MBE to share the findings.
The session will cover:
- Learning for the whole safeguarding system
- Sources of risk to children
- Complex family circumstances in serious incidents
